Moliere comes from one of the most powerful mare families ever, has the Trakehner elite stallion Münchhausen as his sire and collected victories and placings under Victoria Max-Theurer in the international small tours of Aachen, Munich, Donaueschingen, Cappeln and Achleiten/AUT, including qualification for the Nuremberg Burg Pokal.

The offspring of this incredibly typey dark chestnut, who was licensed and awarded a premium by the Westphalian Verband in 2004 and who was used at stud for the first time in 2014, include the licensed Monte Christo S and the successful sport horses Maldonado GV and Marbella GV.

His sire Münchhausen was a Trakehner Champion Stallion, top of the stallion market, HLP dressage winner, Trakehner Bundeschampion and bronze winner at the Bundeschampionat for young riding horses. As a five-year-old, Münchhausen TSF came seventh at the Federal Dressage Horse Championships and was again in the Warendorf Final as a six-year-old after winning silver at the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Verden. On the basis of his more than 60 successes up to international Grand Prix competitions, he was named elite stallion of his breed. Twelve of his sons were licensed and 45 daughters were awarded state premiums. Of his sporty offspring, 27 achieved advanced (S) level successes.

The dam Florence produced six licensed stallions, four of which achieved Grand Prix success, starting with the internationally successful Eichendorff (by Ehrentusch) under Victoria Max-Theurer, the NRW champion stallion, stallion market price record holder and Hubertus Schmidt-sponsored Estobar NRW, Alizee Froment's Ehrendorf (by Ehrentusch) and Benjamin Werndl's Discover (by Don Frederic). The full brother to Moliere, Marquis Monet, took fourth place at the 2005 National Riding Horse Championships and placed up to St. Georges. Florence is also the dam of the mare Estefania (by Ehrentusch), who became the dam of the licensed and S-successful Aringer (by AC-DC)/David Taylor.

The dam's sire Ferragamo, a Rhenish grandson of Furioso II, was 2nd licensing reserve winner, HLP reserve winner and promoted up to advanced dressage level. He sired 17 licensed sons, such as the champion stallion Friedenstraum, and over 50 state premium mares, including the champion mare Ferragama.

The granddam St.Pr.St. Florabelle produced the licensed Werbespot (by World Magic) and the two St.Pr.mares Farina and Fiorentina (both by Ferragamo), the latter of which produced the licensed stallions Eure Exzellence (by Ehrentusch; Inter I) and Triple Crown (by Triple X) and the mare Rubina (by Rubiloh). Rubina in turn became the dam of the premium stallion, national and Westphalian champion and Inter I-successful Equitaris (by Estobar NRW) and his full brother Equitares (M** dressage), who was also licensed.

Florestan I is one of the most sought-after dressage horse sires in the third generation.

The Addi line also includes the licensed stallions Frühlingstraum I and II, Frühlingssturm, Dramaturg, Fanfarron, Guldenburg, Argelith Quattro, Prinz Segelhorst, Rubin, Djambo, Bertoli W and Baron de Ley W as well as the sport horses Amaretto, Barilla W, Balmoral W, Biagiotti WW, Belstaff W, Brioni W, Baldessarini and the World Cup show jumping winner Piquet and the Aachen Nations Cup winner and European Team Championship bronze medalist Minister.
