Santa Elena GV made her debut as a four-year-old under Maren Tapke-Jost in riding and dressage competitions. In 2026, the pair won their first M-level dressage competitions.
In 2010, the sire San Francisco OLD won gold at the Bundeschampionat for three-year-old stallions, with a 10.0 for the - according to the judge's commentary - "ideal uphill canter", a 9.5 for the trot, which was marked with "a lot of ground gain and crossing", the looseness and the harmonious presentation and 19.0 points by the foreign riders. The dark bay had already won the Oldenburg State Championship before. He made his debut in the advanced class at the age of seven and is successful internationally in the small tour.
The dam Verb.Pr.St. Liebelei came to Stud Vorwerk via the Vechta Elite Auction. Her daughters St.Pr.St. Liaison and L.O.V.E. (both by Quaterback) were highly placed in the final ring of the German Foal Championships. Quotilas (by Quaterback) and Santa Francesca VMT (by San Francisco OLD) both placed highly in medium (M) level tests for young dressage horses as six-year olds.
The granddam El.St. Lady Die produced the licensed stallion Levantino H (by Levantos I; M-Dr.), the advanced (S) level dressage horses Florimond (by Florencio I) and Royalty R (by Romanov Blue Hors) and the advanced (S) level show jumper Lasko (by Landsieger I).
The great-granddam, Ladys First, produced La Piko S (by Landfriese I) who was licensed and won advanced (S) level show jumping competitions.
From the Love Story line also the winning mares Love Story I, Love Story II and Love Story V as well as numerous licensed stallions.
