Cappeln: Three gold foals!

At the foal show in Cappeln, Villandry was singled out as the winning foal.

"A very eye-catching, typey foal with very good thrust from the hindquarters," judged Westphalia's breeding director Katrin Tosberg. Villandry descends from Vitalis. Her dam Emilie Louise MT (by Escolar) was reserve champion at the 2018 Westphalian Elite Mare Show and second reserve champion at the German Elite Mare Championships in Lienen.

Sharing silver in the final ring were Freudentanz and Delray. The Fidertanz son Freudentanz is out of the Verb.Pr.St. O La La (by Sandro Hit). Her dam is in turn the half-sister to Fidertanz. Delray's sire is the jumper stallion Diacontinus. The granddam, St.Pr.St. Riva Bella, is a half-sister to Victoria Max-Theurer's successful horse Blind Date.
